In this CE webinar, Dr. Joseph Massad will review key considerations for the long-term success of full-arch, fixed implant-supported restorations. Emphasis will be placed on evaluating restorative space, selecting appropriate prosthetic materials, and understanding retention options. Through clinical examples, attendees will explore screw-retained, cement-retained, and attachment-based systems—including the LOCATOR FIXED Attachment System—to improve retrievability, durability, aesthetics, and treatment efficiency.

Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Evaluate restorative space requirements for zirconia and hybrid full-arch restorations.
  • Compare prosthetic material options based on strength, esthetics, and long-term performance.
  • Apply reinforcement strategies to reduce fracture risk in zirconia and hybrid prostheses.
  • Differentiate screw-retained, cement-retained, and attachment-based retention systems.
  • Select predictable, cost-effective retention solutions that enhance maintenance and long-term success.
